On Friday 19th February 2020, the International Monetary Fund Chief Economist, Prof. Gita Gopinath, engaged students of the University of Ghana in a virtual conversation on the key findings of the IMF World Economic Outlook update. The theme for the live-streamed programme was “Laying the ground for a job-rich, green, and inclusive recovery.”
The engagement sought to educate students on how global economic recovery post Covid-19 would be attained and maintained.
